  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chili flakes for extra heat (optional)

  1. Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them uniformly.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste and soy sauce; add warm water to create a smooth sauce.
