  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into four oval patties, about one inch thick.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F (71°C).
  5. While cooking, whisk together flour and beef broth in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and simmer for another minute.
  6. Serve the Salisbury steaks drizzled with gravy over mashed potatoes or veggies.
