  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo (mayo + sriracha)
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki glaze
  • ½ cup toasted panko breadcrumbs
  • Cream cheese strips
  • Thinly sliced jalapeño

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice under cold water until clear; cook in a rice cooker or pot with water.
  2. In a saucepan, mix vinegar, sugar, and salt over low heat until dissolved; fold into warm rice and cool.
