  • 2 large firm bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (15 ounces)
  • 1 medium red apple, sliced
  • 1 medium green apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cornflour. Gradually whisk in orange juice and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add pineapple chunks, banana slices, green grapes, mandarin oranges, red apple slices, and green apple slices. Gently toss the fruits together.
  3. Pour the dressing over the mixed fruits and carefully fold until all fruit pieces are well coated.
