- 24 crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (for crust)
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1 cup chopped milk chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream (for filling)
- 1/4 cup chilled unsalted butter (for filling)
- 1 cup chopped white cooking chocolate
- For the crust, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until evenly combined. Press into the bottom and sides of a tart pan.
- Melt dark and milk chocolates together until smooth. Whip one cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
- Melt white chocolate, drizzle it in concentric circles on top of the tart, and drag lines outward with a toothpick to create a spiderweb design.
