  • 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons vegan gelatin (or agar-agar)
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Brew green tea and let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled tea, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and grated ginger.
  3. In a saucepan, heat hot water and dissolve the vegan gelatin.
  4. Mix the dissolved gelatin into the tea mixture while stirring continuously.
  5. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  6. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container.
