  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, diced artichokes, defrosted spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
