Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1½ teaspoons fresh rosemary (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Remove steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to reach room temperature. Season generously with steak spice.
  2. Rinse baby potatoes, microwave for 5-7 minutes until tender, or boil until soft.
