  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim visible fat from chicken breasts and ensure they are of uniform thickness.
  2. Cut shallow slits across the chicken for better marinade absorption.
