  • 1/2 stick salted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of each lobster shell towards the tail to create a rectangle, then gently pull away the shell.
