  • ½ cup sprinkles (jimmies)

Instructions

  2. In a stand mixer, cream together room temperature butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients on low speed until just combined.
  4. Fold in sprinkles gently using a spatula.
  5. Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls; place on lined baking sheets and chill for at least an hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for approximately 11 minutes until edges are set and cookies are puffy.
