  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680g)
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 360g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and ginger. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Steam the broccoli for about 4 minutes until bright green and crisp.
  6. Slice grilled chicken and serve in bowls with steamed broccoli. Drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
