  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon banana ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, minced garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and stir well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
