  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces melting chocolate or couverture chocolate (for coating)
  • Flaky sea salt (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (optional for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until fully melted and combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
