  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 cups traditional oats
  • 5 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish lightly with coconut oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and oats until well blended.
  3. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in short bursts until smooth.
  4. Layer half of the oat mixture in the baking dish, followed by half of the melted chocolate. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until firm. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares or fun shapes.
