  • 1 cup frozen corn

  • 8 oz. can of diced tomatoes with green chilies

  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. In a 6-quart crock pot, combine chicken breasts, black beans, corn, onion, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, taco seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks until fully mixed with other ingredients.
  4. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and combined; cook on low for an additional hour or high for 30 minutes to achieve creaminess.
