  • 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1 cup fresh carrots, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup (canned or homemade)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain well.
  3. In a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together cooked noodles, chopped chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, carrots, and peas until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
