Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)

  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (or finely chopped fresh cranberries, sweetened)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in cranberries and chives until combined.
