  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ounce white chocolate melting wafers
  • Confetti sprinkles
  • Nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by placing the candy mold on a baking sheet.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
  3. Coat the molds with melted chocolate, ensuring an even layer; chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the soft caramels with heavy cream until smooth; stir in chopped pecans.
  5. Fill the egg molds with caramel mixture, leaving space at the top for chocolate.
  6. Cover with remaining melted dark chocolate and refrigerate for another 20 minutes.
