  • 2 large eggs
  • 1¾ cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 oz chocolate melting wafers (for decoration)
  • Assortedspecial occasion sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just blended.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for about 10–12 minutes until golden at the edges but still soft in the center.
  9. Allow cooling on sheets briefly before transferring to wire racks.
  10. Once cooled, dip half of each cookie in melted chocolate wafers and sprinkle with festive decorations.
