  • 1/3 cup sugar (70g)
  • 1 large egg

  • 11/4 cups all-purpose flour (180g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped semisweet or bittersweet chocolate (5 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
