  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (or parsley), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cilantro (or parsley), Thai sweet chili sauce, garlic, honey, and salt.
  3. Add shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp onto soaked bamboo skewers.
