  • 6 chai tea bags
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons powdered vegan gelatin
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¼ cup sugar (for panna cotta)
  • ¼ cup sugar (for pistachio toffee)
  • Chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Infuse the milk by heating it with chai tea bags and spices until just below boiling. Let steep for 10 minutes.
