  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large egg whites (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • ⅓ cup milk (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
  • For the frosting: 1 stick unsalted butter, 1.5-2 cups powdered sugar, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your baking sheets.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg whites one at a time and mix well; then stir in canola oil.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients while alternating with milk. Stir in vanilla and rainbow sprinkles.
