  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for one minute. Add heavy cream and milk; stir to combine.
  4. Mix in cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Toss cooked penne into the sauce, add steak tips, and stir to combine. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
