  • 1011 strips cooked turkey
  • 2 heads broccoli (1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 and 1/4 cups Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and cook turkey until crispy; chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix dressing: combine Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and cayenne in a large bowl.
  3. Chop broccoli into small florets and add to the dressing.
  4. Stir in cranberries, sunflower seeds, cheddar cheese, red onion, and most of the turkey (reserve some for garnish).
