  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup toasted chopped pecans or almonds

  • 2/3 cup poppy seed dressing
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While the pasta cools, chop the cooked turkey, dice celery, slice green onions, and toast nuts if necessary.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with turkey, celery, cranberries, nuts, and green onions.
  4. In another bowl, mix poppy seed dressing, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and optional sugar until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir gently to coat all ingredients.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
