  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for glazing)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
