  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast

  • ¼ cup butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 5 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine all dough ingredients. Knead until smooth, then let rise in a greased bowl, covered, until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
  2. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread butter on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Roll tightly from one edge and slice into rolls. Place in a greased pan and let rise again until puffy (45-90 minutes).
