  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk
