  • 3 tablespoons tahini (or Greek yogurt)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ clove garlic (grated)

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
  2. Add tahini, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper to the food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth; pause occasionally to scrape down the sides for even mixing.
  4. Taste the spread and adjust seasoning with more salt or lemon juice if needed.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy! Optionally drizzle with olive oil and garnish with herbs.
