  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut salmon into six equal portions and place them skin-side down in a baking dish.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
  3. 3. Reserve 2 tablespoons of marinade; spread the remaining marinade over the salmon pieces and let rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Clean grates and brush with oil.
