  • 1/2 cup gluten-free mellow white miso
  • 8 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1 scallion (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon grated horseradish root
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil or coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, grate the garlic, ginger, and horseradish. Add miso, oil, vinegar, turmeric, and salt; mix well.
  3. Once boiling, add half a cup of hot water from the pot to the bowl mixture. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture back into the pot, stir well, and remove from heat.
